What are the shipping costs within Germany and the EU?
Within Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over €49. For orders below this amount, we charge a shipping fee of €4.90.
Shipping costs within the EU:
€5.90 to Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg
€6.90 to the Czech Republic and Hungary
€7.90 to France, Denmark, Italy, Lithuania, Romania and Slovakia
€8.90 to Croatia, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia and Spain
€9.90 to Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland and Portugal
I'm from the USA - where can I buy your products?
You can find our products on Amazon and at selected US retailers such as Hammacher Schlemmer or Sharper Image. Selected products are available directly through Amazon USA.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You can download your invoice via the invoice link in your order confirmation email. You will receive the confirmation by email immediately after successful payment.
Can I order as a company or without VAT?
Orders without 19% VAT cannot be processed directly through our online shop. Please contact our customer service by email with your billing and delivery address as well as your desired order. We will take care of it as quickly as possible.
Can STEAKCHAMP products also be delivered outside the EU?
Products from our online shop can currently only be shipped within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact our customer service by email.
How long does shipping take?
You can track the current delivery status of your order at any time using the tracking number. You will receive this in your shipping confirmation email after purchase.
