
Shane McMahon
Shane was born in Ireland and learned to cook at the age of twelve in his parents' restaurant. As a young chef, he traveled all over Germany, rocking the stove and grill in various top-class German restaurants. Meanwhile, Shane runs a Munich restaurant jewel, the 300-year-old Asam Schlössl of the Augustiner Brewery. Here too, the steaks come from the grill. Shane is a member of the international Chef's Irish Beef Club and also works with tools from SteakChamp in his restaurant.

Ludwig "Lucki" Maurer
Lucki is a multi-talented individual from an old Bavarian innkeeper family.
For him, everything revolves around the perfect cut of meat. That's why he is referred to as the "Meat Pope" in the German media.
Lucki is a top restaurateur, best-selling author, and Wagyu beef breeder.
He manages his Wagyu herd on an organic basis. Many know him from BEEF magazine or TV formats like "Kitchen Impossible" or "Grill den Henssler."
