Our 7.5“ / 19 cm Chef‘s Knife is an all-purpose cook’s knife that is great for chopping, carving, slicing and dicing - not only meat.

This knife is made of High Quality Alloy X50CrMoV15 | 4116 and is perfectly balanced with a razor sharp blade and maximum resilience.

Hand sharpened 15 degrees per side.

Handle base is made with 50% recycled Ocean Bound Plastic.

Some of our items with plastic parts, e.g. the handles of our knives, we use 50% Ocean Bound Plastic instead of virgin Polypropylene.
