For stylish enjoyment at the table, whether porterhouse, ribeye or burger. This fine acacia wood board is coated with food-grade vegetable oil in a paper-thin layer. Acacia wood not only has a natural resistance to bacteria, but also keeps your steak knives sharp for longer. We've given the juice groove a small slope so that meat juices can drain away cleanly and neatly. Your two favorite sauces or spice mixes will find their place in the stainless steel sauce boats, which are held in place by a magnet. The natural grain of the acacia varies and creates a beautiful contrast. Thus, each board is a unique piece.

CLEANING & USE
Rinse board under warm running water. Remove coarse dirt with rinsing sponge or brush. Feel free to use a mild detergent. Very important: Dry board with cloth and leave to dry until completely dry! Never put board in dishwasher to clean or never soak board. Only the metal trays may be placed in the dishwasher.
Differences in humidity (first damp, then dry) can cause tension in the wood. In this case the wood can bend easily or tensions can also lead to cracks in the wood. For this reason, always dry the board well after cleaning and keep it dry.
Before the first use, oil the board lightly. Repeat this 3-4 times a year for perfect care. Oiling protects the wood and gives a beautiful surface. The best oil is linseed oil, alternatively you can use walnut oil, grape seed oil or coconut oil. Oil the board, let the oil soak in for about 15 minutes and then wipe the board with a dry cloth.
